Refund & Return Policy
At Quiet Saturday Noon, we make products that we hope you’ll love. But we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you aren’t 100% happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Our "No-Stress" Refund Conditions
We provide a full refund or a free replacement if:

• The Wrong Item Arrived: We completely goofed up, and the product you received didn't match what you ordered.
• Arrived Damaged: The product had a rather bumpy journey to your home and arrived damaged or defective (e.g., dented corners, torn pages).
• Lost in Transit: Your shipment went missing altogether.

All approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The "Change of Mind" Return
If the notebook is perfect but you’ve simply changed your mind, no worries there too!

You can return unused notebooks in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Small catch though: Because we are a small, solo-run studio, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost for "change of mind" returns. Once we receive the notebook back in the right condition, we’ll issue your refund.

How to Start a Return
Just send a quick note to hello@quietsaturdaynoon.com with your Order # and a photo (if it’s damaged). We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
